ABOUT
I’m a Coach Who Empowers Growth, Performance & Leadership.

My Goal?
To make a meaningful, positive impact on people’s lives and businesses—by educating, empowering, motivating, and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
Helping People Perform at Their Best—Personally and Professionally

I’m passionate about people reaching their full potential—whether in life, leadership, or within a team. After years of studying performance, behaviour, communication, and culture, I now help extraordinary individuals and leaders unlock their true capabilities and those of the people around them.

Through powerful coaching, I enable my clients to communicate with clarity, influence with purpose, inspire with confidence, and empower others—so that success is not only possible, but shared.

I also work with businesses to build high-performing teams by creating a culture rooted in the proven principles of the world’s most successful communicators. When workplaces are driven by compassion, empathy, and true collaboration, teams function with focus and energy—moving together toward one clear, united goal
.
A Positive Outlook, a Zest for Life, and a Passion for People
I’m a naturally positive person with a deep zest for life and an endless thirst for knowledge.

Like many, I’ve faced my share of challenges and heartaches—but I don’t believe in regrets or looking back. Each experience has shaped who I am, taught me valuable lessons, and equipped me with the insight to help others navigate their own paths with greater clarity and confidence.
Now, I have the opportunity to share what I’ve learned—from people, from business, and from life itself. My goal is to use that knowledge to motivate, inspire, and empower others to overcome their own obstacles, embrace their potential, and achieve success—on their terms.
What's my story?
Rooted in Work Ethic, Driven by Ambition
I come from a hard-working family where dedication and ambition were simply part of daily life. With both of my parents in full-time careers and an equally driven older brother, a strong work ethic was instilled in us from day one.

At 22, I opened my first business—a salon—which turned a profit within six months and expanded to include a growing team within the first year. I quickly discovered how much I loved leading: the opportunity to motivate, inspire, and create a platform where others could thrive and achieve their own dreams.

But my greatest and most fulfilling role began in 2011, when I became a mum to the most insanely awesome human—my son, Ethan. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to grow our family and now have the joy of raising two more incredible boys through my amazing partner, Rich. He’s not only my rock and greatest supporter, but someone who shares my zest for life and love of turning every day into an adventure.

In 2018, after a serious accident, I decided to expand my coaching toolkit and became certified in DISC Profiling—not just as a practitioner, but later as an accredited trainer. I also became a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. These tools didn’t just enhance my coaching—they became essential to my own personal growth and healing through some deeply challenging times. Those experiences shaped me into the coach I am today: deeply empathetic, highly intuitive, and results-focused.

When my brother approached me to help with high staff turnover and growing pains in his business, I jumped in wholeheartedly. Immersing myself in the world of business consultancy and mentoring, I focused on refining team dynamics, transforming culture, and building robust recruitment strategies. Together, we took the company from a £2M turnover to £12M in under three years.

That experience solidified my passion for leadership, business, and team coaching—but I’ve always held a deep love for personal performance coaching too. Helping individuals unlock their best selves is one of the most rewarding things I do.
My Heart and Soul

Coaching runs through my veins. It’s more than a career—it’s who I am. I’m also a big kid at heart with an adventurous soul. I’ve run ultra-marathons, jumped out of planes, completed the commando shuffle, abseiled off buildings… but nothing compares to evenings at home with my boys, our two gorgeous Labradors playing at our feet, and the sun setting on the beautiful home we bought in 2024. That’s where the real magic happens—where laughter fills the air and life feels perfectly, wonderfully full.

Life is for living—and I intend to embrace every second.
Coaching Journey
And so my coaching journey began, 7 years ago, resulting in me doing a diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, becoming an NLP practitioner, and doing a certification and accreditation in Disc profiling. This ignited a huge passion and fire within me to take my skills to the highest degree and become one of a small and elite group of experts and licensed Disc trainers, and one of only a very few in the South West.
I now incorporate Disc into all my coaching, whether individuals or teams and the results have been inspiring and liberating, but for the teams themselves, quite ground-breaking too.
I have coached people one to one with their personal development and seen phenomenal results, but never more so than when it’s come to motivational work and helping leaders understand and motivate their teams, even helping them to recruit more effectively to create the highest performing teams.
It’s a joy to see people come together once they better understand each other, and when leaders have a better understanding of how to ignite the passion to inspire and understand their teams, businesses thrive!!
This has never been more important than in the current climate, with the future being so uncertain and the world now a whole new place. Coaches have never been more in demand and I’m ready to bring a lot to the table to help businesses survive and thrive still, throughout the uncertainty. So, are you ready to excel?!!
6 Random facts about me
My original career choice was in criminal law, until I stumbled across a job in my early teens that highlighted my absolute love and intrigue of people, and how we all tick. I’m a social butterfly and recognise now that that would never have held the same positive buzz for me that I crave, and fully get to experience when I'm coaching.
I found a love of running 10 years ago, resulting in me now having run multiple half-marathons, marathons and ultra-marathons, including London to Brighton and London Landmarks and offer it as another aspect to some of my coaching as a positive and energising environment (I’m a great believer in being the influencer of both our minds and bodies as the two are intrinsically linked)
My favourite place to be is pretty much anywhere outside, breathing in the air and soaking up the simplicity, but beauty of life, but there is no better place than watching the sun go down with my boys at home, set in amongst a beautiful backdrop of pine trees and countryside. It’s my happy place, surrounded by my loves, my healing place and place of peace (and being a big kid!).
When training for my first ultra-marathon, I had an accident 2 weeks before the event, snapping my arm, displacing and rotating it and putting me out of action entirely for months. I was told by the consultants I wouldn't run again for a long time, let alone those distances, yet 11 weeks later my trainers went back on and I completed the 65 mile challenge a year later. This turned out to be my sliding door moment in life and will one day be the start of my first book. Watch this space......!
I am the organiser, entertainer and bringer together of our family and friends. I love to organise a good bash, drink the odd cocktail and see people letting their hair down and really enjoying themselves. Life’s too short to not have fun and down time too, so I love being the ultimate hostess.
And most importantly, I’m a very proud Mum to the most amazing 3 boys. Nothing prepares you more for life than taking on parenthood, let alone whilst juggling a business of your own. I’m not sure which provided the most challenges!! But, nothing can be more rewarding and all of this together has put me in the strongest position and most well rounded place to be able to channel my strengths and successes into helping others.
